Why are you interested in joining the SpinnyRP staff team?: To help new players indulge in a new and great server.

What makes you stand out from the other applicants?: I have been a staff on multiple servers and have the experience and expertise in being a staff member.
What are your key skill sets that will help you become staff?: I'm good at dealing with heated situations and will deal with them as they should be.
Why should you become part of our staff team?: To help with any server issues and supporting the server.
KNOWLEDGE OF RULES
Please explain what the following phrases and such mean:
RDM: Random DeathMatch
RDA: Random Arrest
Attempted RDM: Attempted Random DeathMatch
NLR: New Life Rule
FearRP: Fear Roleplay
FailRP: Fail Roleplay
Metagaming: Uses out of game factors to affect the game
Is there any difference between NLR and Breaking NLR? What about "NLRing" and Breaking NLR? If there is, what is the difference?: yes because the new life rule stop's people from killing a singular person over and over, and breaking it means you ignore the rule and take the conciquences.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION QUESTIONS
How should "admin sits" be handled? What is the process of handling them?: Admin sits should be discussed with other admins involved with the situation at hand, it should be discussed about what happened and the solutions that can be taken in to concideration.
If there was a player "minging" around and not roleplaying correctly, what would you do?: Take them aside and disscuss about the situation if they have done it mulitiple times and I have disscussed it with ether head of staff or the owner i would ban/kick them for a considerable amount of time.
If someone asked you to spawn an item or vehicle for them, how would you handle the situation?: I would see if they have the rights to have a certain item if not ill not spawn it in for them.
What comes first? Role-play or administrative duty?: Administrative duty.
