I Would Spectate Them And See If They Really Are Minging And Then If They Are I Will Bring Them To A Roof And Give Them A Verble To Stop And If I See Them Doing It Again I Will Warn Them
If someone asked you to spawn an item or vehicle for them, how would you handle the situation?:
I Would Go To Them On Duty And Ask Them What They Want Spawned And If Its Too OP Or Not For RP Wise I Wouldent Spawn It
