Staff Roles & Hierarchy
Trial-Moderator
Your duty as a new recruit to the staff team, is to be as active as you possibly can on the server you have been assigned to. You need to have 24 hours extra on your application time. You are required to listen to your assigned mentor/trainer ( if applicable ).
From this point on, you are also required to have [SRP-RANK] in your steam name.
Moderator
You are meant to moderate the server, You enforce the roleplay by forcing people to train recruits and reward them for doing so ( very small rewards! )
Administrator
You've shown your skills in leadership, and are expected to keep watch over your lower ranks. You report anything to Higher Management as soon as possible! You still are required to supervise the server, You are encouraged to get lower ranking staff onto the server.
Senior Administrator
You have jurisdiction to organise community meetings, You are not required to be as active on the server ( it is recommended ). You are required however, to make sure there are enough staff members on the server at all times. You have jurisdiction to organise community meetings. As a Senior Administrator you are ensured a seat on the Community Congress.
Head Administrator
You keep the other administrators in check, making sure they perform their duties correctly and without bias. You are also a helping hand for the Cheif-Of-Staff, you are to learn as much as possible from the staff manager so you can replace him in time of need!
Cheif-Of-Staff
You are responsable for the entire staff team. You are required to keep the staff team happy, and motivated. If any problems arise you are required to report to higher management immediately! You are allowed to Accept/Deny staff applications and have the power to demote staff members, if any of them fail their duties. You are to find a replacement for them as soon as possible! If you are to be promoted, you are required to train a new staff manager, who is capable to take over your role.
