Why are you interested in joining the SpinnyRP staff team?:
I feel like I can assist with furthering the good reputation of this nice community, I feel like I could help everyone have a good time like the current staff did for me when I first joined.
What makes you stand out from the other applicants?:
I believe I can bring my friendly attitude, along with the fact that I can make decisions on the spot, and I can take ideas from both sides of the story.
What are the key skill sets that will help you become staff?:
I can split my opinions, I will not take sides unless needs be, I can take a joke but I am serious when the time calls for it, and i just enjoy spending my time playing games, so why not spend it on this server?!
Why should you become part of our staff team?:
Because i can help and integrate my professional and funny personality into the community, and i can assist with anything that is needed, i will jump out of roleplay if i need to deal with an issue, and i will deal with a few things myself if no one else can/ if everyone else is too busy, i am not scared to get my hands dirty, and constructive critisim helps me become better at what i like to do!

NLR:

FearRP:
Ignoring instructions while a gun is pointed at you, you must act scared like you would in real life
FailRP:
Failing to follow orders, not acting like you would in real life (pretending like you have infinite lives)
Metagaming:
Bringing out of RP information into RP
Is there any difference between NLR and Breaking NLR? What about "NLRing" and Breaking NLR? If there is, what is the difference?:

How should "admin sits" be handled? What is the process of handling them?:
Well, you should take the accuser and the accused to an area away from RP, and where people cannot interrupt, then you must ask them what happened, how it happened, why it happened and take both sides of the story, then make a verdict and punish as needed.
If there was a player "minging" around and not roleplaying correctly, what would you do?:
Speak to them about what they are doing wrong, and warn them for minge.
If someone asked you to spawn an item or vehicle for them, how would you handle the situation?:
I would say no, if they needed a vehicle their job would have permission to do so, therefore I have no need to spawn it for them.
What comes first? Role-play or administrative duty?:
